TAI CHI CHUAN FOR BEGINNERS Tai Chi Chuan is the Chinese system of slow meditative physical exercise designed for relaxation and improving your balance and health. This class is designed for adults of all ages and promotes a comfortable and enjoyable way to learn the very basic movements. A factor to mention in the growing interest of Tai Chi is the ongoing biomedical research that shows many positive effects on brain activity and other health benefits.

Tuition and Refund Policies: 1. FEES cover instructional costs only unless otherwise indicated. 2. EARLY REGISTRATION is urged to ensure having each class offered. It is necessary that a minimum number enroll. We do not send out confirmations or reminders; contact our office to verify receipt of registration and payment. 3. REFUNDS: A full refund is made if the class is cancelled due to insufficient enrollment or if the class fills before your registration is received. If you withdraw from a class up to three full working days in advance of its starting date, you receive a full refund minus a $10 processing fee. NO REFUND if you cancel on the day the class begins. NO REFUNDS are made after the class has started, regardless of attendance.
