New Fit-4-U Series will be planned as soon as we regain access to our fitness center from COVID-19 shutdowns.
All classes are planned for varying individual work rates and ability levels.
We are partnering with our very own Northview Fitness Center to offer an Adult Enrichment Fit-4-U program. Each 7-week class-program meets weekly on the same day and time so you can get you on the path for a more healthy and fit you!
Cost is $45 per 7 week program. Discounts given when you pre-pay for 2 or more programs at the same time. (see registration form for more information)
Each Fit-4-U program consists of a 7 week class period. Pre-registration is highly recommended but walk-ins are welcome on the first night of the series.
This class focuses on strength training and muscle tone. Be prepared to work with a mixture of light hand weights, barbells, kettlebells, and other equipment for a full all-over body workout.
This circuit training boot camp alternates strength training exercises with aerobic cardio activities to give you two workouts in one. Classes are varied each day and combine intervals of cardio drills and muscle conditioning exercises to provide you with the ultimate circuit workout.
Rip & Ride
Indoor group cycling meets strength training.
Get your heart rate pumping with a fun paced 30 minute cycling class. We will finish with 30 minutes of “off bike” strength training utilizing free weights and other equipment. All fitness levels welcome. Cyclops stationary bikes are equipped to accommodate both SBD clip shoes as well as tennis shoes. Space is limited in this class to 8 bikes so register early.
An excellent way to tone and strengthen your body with little to no impact to your joints. This popular water workout is a blend of cardio and resistance strength training, and may incorporate water resistance equipment such as noodles or paddle boards.
This class is tailored to the ability levels of the individual participants and is based on functional movements performed at high intensity. It incorporates elements from weightlifting, plyometrics, powerlifting, calisthenics, high-intensity interval training, and other exercises.
This Vinyasa style flow is based on linking breath with movement that will allow you to flow, align and connect with your innerself. ALL levels and bodies are welcome and encouraged to join in this healthy practice!! Bring your own yoga mat or we have a few that can be reserved.
A total workout to a fusion of Latin and International music with dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, and fun workout! Zumba combines all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility. You will feel a boost of energy to make you feel awesome each time you leave class.
