Refund Policy

Sports camps: A full refund will be made if the class is cancelled due to insufficient enrollment or the class fills before your registration is received.

Enrichment Camps: We ask that all camp participants for Youth Enrichment Summer Programs PRE REGISTER so that instructors can plan accordingly for supplies.  Because there is limited space, we do anticipate a waiting list for all  programs so early registration is highly recommended.

For planning purposes there will be no refunds within 10 days prior to the Enrichment program starting.  If you determined during the “no refund period” that your child cannot make the program, please let us know and if someone from the wait list takes your spot you will receive a refund.

No refunds will be made for any reason other than the reasons listed above.

SPORTS CAMPS: The grades indicated for each camp reflect the 2019-2020 school year.

ONE gift is provided per child for Summer Sports Camp.

ENRICHMENT CAMPS: Youth enrichment programs do not receive a sport camp “t-shirt” or “gift”.  Enrichment participants will receive individual camp treats or take homes from the projects they do.  These are noted in the Enrichment Program descriptions.
