Take the 40 Book Challenge! Both adults and students are challenged to read 40 Books this school year.

For those brave enough to take on the challenge, simply track books using the reading calendar and reading list. Once the challenge has been accomplished, meet with your language arts teacher. 40 Book Readers will be recognized at a school board meeting, receive a string bag, and attend a book lover's picnic at Townsend Park on Thursday May 30 from 2:45 to 4:15. |

This year we have instituted a new program called Academic Lunch (AL). This unique program is to help students develop healthy patterns for practicing, completing and turning in their assignments. As we enter the fifth week of school, we have seen a dramatic difference in our turn in rate for homework and outside practice. I have included our policy below for you to read.
