Hello Staff!

There is still a lot of confusion around using the ticket system so I wanted to clear it up for everyone.

– Head to this page.

– Click on Technology Support

– When asked for credentials, use your Windows login name and password. This means that when you change your Windows password every 90 days, that the ticket system password also changes as they are synced together.

 

When should you put in a ticket?

Whenever you have a request for us to fix something, do something, manage, activate, enable, etc. If it’s a question that can be answered over an email, you may email us. The one exception to this is when it is Synergy related as often times those emails require a lot of time and work to answer.
