The Tech Support ticket system is synced directly with your Windows account. So use the same exact credentials you use for logging into your computer to log into the Tech Support ticket system.
That means if you change your Windows password, don’t rely on your browser’s “auto-fill” of that password as it will be likely using the old password.
You can quickly submit a ticket from your email just by emailing help@nvpstechsupport.on.spiceworks.com. Please be sure to include your building, room number and a detailed description of your issue. We recommend saving this email to your address book as it’s not as easy to remember as the previous system. Unfortunately we can’t control the email name and length on the new system. If you save it to your address book with the first name Email and last name Ticket, it will auto populate when you type Email Ticket in the To: field.
