Northview Public Schools Virtual School

Welcome to Northview Virtual – Northview’s newest learning option for students and families. We are excited to expand our student programming alternatives at Northview to ensure that ALL students have choice and autonomy in their learning.

Did you know . . . students enrolled in Northview Public Schools have many learning options to choose from? Some of our options include: Northview Next Career Center; Dual Enrollment and Advance Placement learning options; new STEAM programming focused on science, engineering and arts; Field School outdoor learning; Northview Next Online Learning Center . . and MORE.

We now also have NORTHVIEW VIRTUAL. Northview Virtual is a remote learning option designed for those students/families who are on-track with their coursework, who have been successful in an online platform, and who want more flexibility in their learning.

Application Process

Clipboard with a checklist on it.Application reviewed by NV Virtual Administrative Team. Students are either enrolled in NV Virtual or assigned to an in-person class.

  • Mandatory Northview Virtual Orientation Session.
  • High quality instruction from a NV certified teacher.
  • The same grade level/subject area curriculum that is used for all in-person students.
  • Students will follow the same school calendar as in-person students (winter break, spring break, etc.).
  • NV Virtual students will participate in all district assessments.
  • Daily attendance and participation in learning activities will be required of NV Virtual students and in-person students.
